Help Shape Medical Research
You are invited to join Goulburn Valley Health's Human Research Ethics Committee. Being part of this committee provides an exciting opportunity to shape healthcare in the Goulburn Valley.

We are seeking people who reflect the diversity of the communities served by the GV Health catchment.
Committee members will be required to have a genuine interest in the area of ethical standards, good interpersonal skills and a willingness to contribute to ethical guidance as per the NHMRC National Statement (2007, updated 2018).

Expressions of interest are sought from people with the following experience:

• Pastoral role, such as a Minister of Religion or Aboriginal elder;
• Solicitor, preferably with experience in health law, or privacy or administrative law;
• Person with experience in the care, counselling and treatment of others; and
• Layperson who has no affiliation with the institution or organisation, who is not involved in medical, scientific, or legal work, and who is from the local community.
