Lendlease Building Contractors Pty Ltd on behalf of the Victorian Health Building Authority, is seeking Expressions of Interest from Construction Subcontractors & Suppliers for selected works for the Pathway to 144 Mental Health Beds Project across the following four locations:
· McKellarCentre (North Geelong);
· Northern Hospital (Epping);
· Sunshine Hospital (St Albans);
· Royal Melbourne Hospital (Parkville).

All Subcontractors & Suppliers will also be required to register on the ICN Gateway Portal for the project and the Lendlease Supplier Portal.

Following assessment of the Expressions of Interest received a select list of Tenderers will be issued with tender documents and invited to submit detailed proposals for further consideration. Expression of Interest submissions must be lodged by 28 April 2021 via the above email.
