INVITES EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST From suitably qualified builders for the refit works to their existing stage 1 learning building at their Springfield Campus, a co-educational, P-12 school focusing on Indigenous education. The proposed refit works include removal of existing glazing and wall systems, construction of new wall and glazing, new joinery, refinishing walls and floors. The construction area is across 3 levels and includes integration to the existing building and services.
Tenders will be invited In early/mid May 2021 for construction commencing late June 2021. Please provide a summary of previous relevant experience, work in progress, value of projects and ability to meet construction deadlines.
