Tender Description
ESV is seeking Offerors from suitably qualified organisations to provide course development services including the development of eLearning materials for a blended learning approach including ‘hands-on practical exercises’ for the skills maintenance of existing licenced electrical workers.
Additionally, ESV requires the ongoing services to manage the ongoing review, management and hosting of the course and platform, including an online forum for trainers and provision of the platform and ongoing support to approved delivery providers.
