Tender Description
The Gordon TAFE - Geelong City Campus and The Department of Education and Training is providing notice to interested parties of a forthcoming tender for main contractor services for The Gordon Landscape & Carpark Project.
The project will involve a combination of civil works to resurface and realign an existing carpark including a new set of entry stairs and the rejuvenation of the surrounding landscape
The project is expected to go out to tender in May 2021 under a select tender process.
Contractors will be selected from the Department of Treasury and Finance’s Construction Supplier Register with minimum prequalification limit of $500k as a commercial contractor.
