Tender Description
RPS is acting on behalf of Essential Energy as Agent to manage the tender, award and subsequent delivery of the works at the Dubbo Depot located at 23 Hawthorn Street, Dubbo.
The key objectives of the Project are:
· To rectify the current roof and drainage issues at Dubbo Depot; and
· To ensure compliance with NCC regulations.
· The key outcomes of the Project include:
· Replacement of dilapidated roof sheeting, penetrations, and fixings;
· Installation of box gutters and sumps / eaves gutters;
· Installation of replacement downpipe and gutter connections; and
· Removal of redundant roof fixtures and air conditioning units
The mandatory site visit will be held on 29 April at 11am (NSW time). Please notify Andy Huynh (andy.huynh@rpsgroup.com.au) of your attendance prior to the date. No other inspections will be permitted due to COVID 19 pandemic policy.
