Tender Description
Joss Facility Management has been successful in securing the Land and Housing Asset Maintenance Services Contract for sites in this area, with a commencement date of 1st July 2021.
We are seeking a registration of interest from suitably qualified, current and prospective local Subcontractors, Tradesmen and Suppliers for responsive maintenance, servicing, vacant restorations, upgrades, cleaning and grounds maintenance works.

Tuesday 20th April 2021:
- 8:00am - 10:00am Queanbeyan - Roo's Club;
- 12:00pm - 2:00pm Goulburn - Goulburn Soldiers Club.
Wednesday 21st April 2021:
- 8:00am - 10:00am Nowra - Nowra Golf Club;
- 2:00pm - 4:00pm Batemans Bay - Soldiers Club.
Thursday 22nd April 2021:
- 8:00am - 10:00am Narooma - The Whale;
- 2:00pm - 4:00pm Bega - Commemorative Civic Centre.
