The purpose of this RFP is to invite companies/consultants to submit their proposals to Venture Taranaki with track record and specialist expertise who can assist us to:

• Crystalise what our regional economy could look like in the future;
• Cross-map emerging trends with our regional economy and our sectoral composition and strengths;
• Prioritise our growth/new niche sectors (or existing subsectors) which could enhance growth and resilience, and capitalise on emerging opportunities;
• Suggest actions and support to foster their success; and
• Develop a visually rich document which showcases the process, logic and outcomes of the above, and which can form the basis for an action plan consisting of practical ways growth within the identified niche/growth sectors can be fostered.
