99 Bikes is seeking proposals for Safety & Training providers for assistance developing training materials and procedures tailored to our business needs
This RFP is separated into two areas addressing two requirements.
Suppliers can respond to one or both parts.
1) Review of 99 Bikes OH&S Procedures
Review current policies and procedures
Focusing on these key areas
· Ladders & Working at heights
· Chemicals storage and disposal
· Safe lifting including
· General hazards, slips, trips and falls
· Tool sign of and registry
1.2) Develop Specific Training Materials
· Develop training materials for onboarding of new staff
· Annual training schedule and refresher for existing staff
· Video content or training materials including;
- Pass / Fail test questions per module
Companies responding to tender to provide:
· Commercial rates
· Service levels (pick up commitment & delivery times)
· Detail measures to ensure safe delivery of bicycles to avoid damage
· National coverage (preferred not essential)
· Experience with other retailers with multiple locations, in multiple states)
2) Store OH&S Audit and Training
OH&S site visit per store. Also including setting up new stores correctly
Using 99 Bikes Specific requirements in addition to general workplace practices
Provide a post visit report & action plan
Contract will be awarded on the following criteria:
· Credentials and capability of the vendor
· Competitive & itemised pricing pricing
· National coverage
· Network coverage across Australia
