Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
FSANZ wants to get a deeper understanding of its website users, their needs and current experience. This discovery work will help the agency identify site design and digital service delivery improvements. You will provide services including but not limited to user testing, journey mapping and user research and produce a report that includes recommendations to inform future site upgrades or redevelopment work. The project will be run over two months and must be completed before 30 June 2021.
