The Metropolitan Cemeteries Board (MCB) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified, experienced and licensed organisation(s) for the provision of cleaning and hygiene services for Metropolitan Cemeteries Board (MCB) premises. These premises are:

a. Pinnaroo Valley Memorial Park;
b. Karrakatta Cemetery;
c. Fremantle Cemetery;
d. Rockingham Regional Memorial Park;
e. Guildford Cemetery; and
f. Midland Cemetery.

The MCB requires the provision of:

• Category 1

Cleaning services across all MCB sites listed in Schedule 2 – Specification/Statement of Requirements; and

• Category 2

Hygiene services across all MCB sites listed in Schedule 2 – Specification/Statement of Requirements

Failure to attend the all Request briefings will result in the Offer being ineligible for further consideration.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
