Tender Description
Qualified head contractors are invited to submit an Expression of Interest for the demolition of buildings, associated services and site clearing to make way for a proposed two storey Resource Centre at St Paul's School in Bald Hills. Scope of work includes demolition of two 2-storey buildings as well as partial demolition and make good of an existing library. Experience working on school sites is mandatory.
