Georgiou Group Pty Ltd is now seeking subcontractor expressions of interest for the following packages of works on the Department of Transport and Main Roads Townsville Ring Road Stage 5 project. Project works are due to commence in May 2021, with an expected project life of two years.

COMPLIANCE WITH THE CODE FOR THE TENDERING AND PERFORMANCE OF BUILDING WORK 2016
The Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016 applies to the building work associated with this project. By submitting an expression of interest in, or tender for this project, parties will become subject to the Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016.
All parties submitting EOI’s must provide evidence that they comply with the requirements of the ABCC.

COMPLIANCE WITH THE QUEENSLAND GOVERNMENT BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION TRAINING POLICY
The Queensland Government Building and Construction Training Policy applies to this Project for projects over $100 million. By submitting an EOI for this Project Contractors/Subcontractors and Suppliers Subcontractors will become subject to Queensland Government's Procurement Policy and Best Practice Principles and the Queensland Charter for Local Content.
