A golden opportunity exists at Golden Sands on the Beach, Main Beach, Queensland to tender for the Caretaking and Holiday Letting contract.
Would suit motivated, hard working couple with experience in the tourism sector and an interest in high rise management.
Golden Sands (www.goldensandsonthebeach.com.au) is an iconic building with absolute beachfront and private beach access. The building has recently undergone extensive exterior and interior renovations. Resort facilities include a tennis court, large heated pool, heated spa, steam room, gym and BBQ area. There are 65 units in the building, 24 units in the holiday letting pool and 4 permanent rentals. There is significant opportunity to grow the business.
There are no buy in costs and the initial contract will be for 3 years. The caretaker is not required to live on site.
