Tender Description
This procurement process seeks to engage suppliers in a panel for the provision of major and minor home modifications and associated services for participants.
Major home modifications will be delivered via a project management model.
Respondents will be able to nominate whether they are applying under the major home modification and/or the minor home modification category.
The number of providers engaged will be dependent on supplier capacity, the range of services provided and ensuring adequate coverage across the State (metro/regional).
The proposed term will be for two years with an up to 2 year extension option.
