The Full Stack Developer is responsible for the technical design, development and implementation of interactive technologies for the department’s websites. They lead the technical design and development of specialist ICT solutions that support the Senate and department’s online information resources. The role analyses user requirements and delivers fit for purpose website infrastructure and administration for the Parliamentary Education Office website and related subsites. Working collaboratively in a small team, the Full Stack Developer will:
• Manage and maintain various websites, including software updates and upgrades, and diagnose and remedy defects and incidents affecting websites in production.
• Lead technical development, including solution design, implementation, user acceptance testing and production releases.
• Build responsive and accessible templates, from designed layouts, and implement them in a content management system.
• Identify and implement improvement strategies for systems and processes, including research and evaluation of new and emerging internet and other interactive technologies.

Current work packages include replacing Flash dependent applications with contemporary solutions.
