Flinders Council seeks expressions of interest regarding the purchase and development of land at 7 Walker Street, Whitemark (PID 6427160).

The land is conveniently located within an ideal distance to the MPC and Whitemark facilities, and lends itself to use and development for aged or specialist housing. With an identified housing gap in the Community for longer term rentals, the land could be utilised for development that addresses those requiring a longer term private rental.

Council is interested in receiving land purchase offers including development plans from prospective purchasers. Whilst all ideas are welcome, Council are seeking an outcome that bridges known gaps in the housing market.
