Tender Description
The Scope of work is a Design & Construct package to complete a 90% design to 100% for manufacture and supply of all Modular buildings to Rocklea Palms in the town of Paraburdoo Western Australia.
Accommodation Facilities 252 New Rooms
Modular accommodation consist of ensuite rooms to both ground and first floor levels. Cleaners stores and linen lifts are required.
Ground floor verandah & balustrade with staircase & verandah to the first floors.
Central Facilities
Also within the SoW are modular transit facilities incorporating shower and locker buildings along with a transit lounge. In addition to the central facilities is a modular Gym.
Modular laundry buildings also from part of the SoW these consist of single and double laundry's.
