EQC are looking at procuring a fit for purpose Contact Centre Telephony system that meets the guiding principles of the new IT operating model: Simplification, Cloud First, Flexible, Fit for Purpose and Surge capable. The solution needs to be cost effective, consumption based and easily scalable.
EQC are not familiar with the capability of the market and the general industry landscape, therefore we are seeking to understand the technologies, platform partners and the commercial models available to EQC.
EQC are seeking reputable, experience providers who have the capability and relevant expertise to deliver a fit-for-purpose solution with the best value for money. EQC are seeking no upfront capital cost, fast to market, elastic scalability and model that of ‘pay for what you use’.
This is a unique opportunity to support EQC to administer insurance against natural disaster damage under the EQC Act. The new Contact Centre Telephony system is a strategic outcome for EQC which will ensure that EQC that EQC can continue operating effectively by enabling effective handling of contact centre services anywhere at anytime.
