Tender Description

These works form part of a new residential community in Perth's fast-growing south-eastern corridor. Well located, this site is approximately 23km from Perth CBD with good access to Armadale Road and Tonkin Highway.

A civil contractor is sought for a fixed term of 12-months. Scope of works include bulk earthworks, retaining walls, roadworks, stormwater and subsoil drainage, sewer & water reticulation, underground power and gas reticulation to provide fully serviced lots
