Construction of a new Library & Resource Centre, extension of wing of an existing school building, internal refurbishment of an existing school building , associated external works including landscaping and parking.

Catholic Education Diocese of Wollongong , is seeking to establish a panel of builders to tender for construction of the above project.

EOI are invited from qualified building contractors.

Submission will be assessed against the following criteria:

• Company details.
• Experience in working on school projects
• Referees for relevant recently completed projects
• Capability and capacity to undertake the works
• Business and WHS systems employed
• The proposed team
