The U.S. Consulate General Perth is seeking quotations for an office reconfiguration including but not limited to gyprock partitions, data & electrical, supply and install of x 2 solid core doors and hardware required for remote operation of doors.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to a qualified builder/contractor submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest technically acceptable price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

A site visit will be held on June 1, 2021 at 1:30pm and all interested offerors are required to attend. All offerors must register their details to attend and receive the site visit location and scope of works. Please email perthprocurement@state.gov before 5:00pm on the May 26, 2021.

All prospective offerors must register in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: https://www.statebuy.state.gov/pd/Pages/ AdditionalVendorReg.aspx

The final closing date to submit your quotation is June 15, 2021 at 5:00pm by emailing perthprocurement@state.gov. No proposals will be accepted after this time.
