Tender Description
Warrnambool Racing Club is looking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced caterer to provide exclusive catering services for its venue, including the newly renovated Matilda Room and extended Matilda Room complex, for race days and private non-race day functions.
22 May - 4 June - Formal submission from caterer to WRC
18 June - Preferred caterers contacted to progress discussions/ meeting and site tour
2 July - Negotiations with successful caterer
31 July - Appoint successful Caterer and advise unsuccessful applicants
7 August - First Race Day with new Caterer
