PROVISION OF SERVICES TO A LARGE BODY CORPORATE.
Expressions of Interest – 151 Lot Resort in Palm Cove.
The Body Corporate Committee is undertaking a periodic review of the following contracts:
· Garden & Grounds Maintenance (7 acres),
· Caretaking & Cleaning (4 buildings) and
· Swimming Pool Maintenance (4 pools)
Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably resourced companies (or Individuals) to undertake these services from 1 September 2021 for initial period of 1 year. (Maybe extended up to 5 years). Contact details to be supplied with three references.
