This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department of Education, Skills and Employment (DESE) is seeking proposals and quotes for an ongoing arrangement to provide support and maintenance to our DESE.gov.au website.
The main requirements for this ongoing arrangement are:
1. Provide a minimum two Drupal developers to assist with the overflow tasks coming out of the development backlog.
2. The developer resources provided should be available on a full-time, part-time or bulk hours arrangement for a minimum 3 months from July 2021.
3. The developers will help with the department’s GovCMS PaaS platform, assist with site-building needs for refining components and functionality, and assist the Technical Lead to transition the DESE.gov.au to optimal operational status.
The department is seeking to use prepaid blocks of support hours for the above developer resources. The supplier will provide developers’ CV, references and examples of work for review.
The successful supplier will be selected based on:
1. Proposed working arrangement for the ongoing support on a fixed price basis.
2. Demonstrate previous Drupal experience with government agencies.
3. Quality of candidates' resumes for skills, experience and expertise.
4. Value for money outcome for supplied resources provided to the proposed duration from July 2021.
