Tender Description
Potential tenderers are to submit a capability statement for a 40 Lot subdivision indicating ability to complete sewer and water reticulation to Water Corporation standards, underground power & street lighting to Western Power standards & communications infrastructure to NBN Co requirements. It should also show ability to complete roads and drainage to Local Authority standards & competency working in clay sites.
Capability to include examples of work of similar nature & magnitude. Max 10 Pages
Tenderers will be shortlisted to provide a price for the works and enter into a Schedule of Rates valid for a 12 month period.
