Tender Description
Goulburn Murray Water’s Mitiamo Pipeline Project invites Tender Submissions for a single Contractor to complete the detailed design, supply, installation and commissioning for a new ground - mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) system and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) at the existing Mitiamo Pipeline Pumping station. The site is located at Waranga Western Channel, Tennyson Road, Milloo and will be operational during design and construction of the Solar System.
Site - Mitiamo Pipeline Pumping Station
Solar PV System Size - 100kWp
BESS - 70 kW/250 kWh
The system is to be ‘behind the meter’ to primarily supply the existing site electrical loads in parallel with the grid, with the secondary priority being to export electricity to the local network when the solar energy generated exceeds the respective site’s demand. The Contractor is responsible for obtaining final approvals from the DNSP to connect the system to the distribution network, including submission of all forms based on equipment used by the Contractor.
A non-compulsory tenderer briefing and site inspection will be held, please refer to RFT Part A for further detail.
