Tender Description
Provision of a proven, already commercially available application that can manage NOPSEMA’s regulatory activities through built in configuration, and limited or no code customization.
The system must support recording, managing, tracking and reporting on the following requirements:
• Organisations that engage with NOPSEMA
• Offshore infrastructure such as facilities, wells, titles, vessels
• Offshore projects, activities and statutory reports
• Submission of documents to NOPSEMA
• Assessments including due dates, information requests and conclusions
• Inspections including scheduling, conclusions, tracking recommendations
• Notification of safety environmental or well integrity incidents
• Investigation of incidents
• Issue of enforcement notices
Additional desirable features include:
• an online submissions portal,
• customer information management, and
• remote / offline inspection data gathering tools.
