Purtill Group is calling for Expressions of Interest from groups or individuals, interested in the purchase and removal of an approx. 38.5m x 29m grain shed (Approx. 2500-ton capacity) from the rear of 764-166 Hardinge Street, Deneliquin.
Also available is a second, dismantled shed of similar dimensions for any interested parties.
Works are to include the removal of the structure, cladding and grain elevators.
The successful applicant will be notified within seven days of the closure of this submission period.
Demolition is to be completed within 60 days of acceptance. Highest or any offer not necessarily accepted. Inspections by appointment only.
