Tender Description

Frankston City Council is seeking interest from experienced Contractors to tender for the creation of a new public Park in the Frankston Central Activity District including high quality landscape, footpaths and paved areas, lighting, horticulture, irrigation and park furniture. A significant sculpture piece (by others) is to be incorporated into the project during construction. Evelyn Park is located on the corner of Evelyn Street and Fletcher Road, Frankston.
