Rectification of water ingress issues to the roof areas or the residences

Project Requirements:

Construction and Design Preliminaries, Demolition waterproofing membranes on the roof and balcony areas.

Construction - Waterproof Membranes, Stormwater Drainage, Damp proof courses and flashing , Balustrades, HBCF, Public Liability insurances to $20M Professional indemnity $10M Lump sum price and fixed for the duration of the contract period.

Proposed Contract AS4902 amended.
