Scope of Work:
One unit of API612 steam turbine (13MW), driving both a 6-stage API672 integrally-geared compressor for process air service, and an alternator. A reduction gearbox shall be supplied per API613.
The train’s footprint shall be limited to 14.33m(L) x 7.2m(W). One unit of API612 steam turbine driver (12.5MW), driving double-ended three API617 barrel centrifugal compressor casings for syngas service (LP, MP, HP+recycle). The steam turbine and LP compressor skid shall be limited to 5.6m(L) x 2.4m(W). The MP and HP+recycle compressor skid shall be limited to 4.3m(L) x 1.8m(W).
One unit of electric motor driven (1.9MW) API617 centrifugal compressor for ammonia service. A reduction gearbox shall be supplied per API613. The train’s footprint shall be limited to 7.0m(L) x 2.2m(W).
The three trains shall share a single common API614 lube oil system and all its necessary accessories. Lube oil system footprint shall be limited to 10m(L) x 6.0m(W).
The two steam turbines shall share a common condensate system and all its necessary accessories.
