Tender Description
The Queensland Competition Authority (QCA) has commenced an investigation into Seqwater's bulk water prices for period 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2026. As part of this investigation, we are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to provide expert advice on the prudency and efficiency of Seqwater's proposed operating and capital expenditures, and the appropriateness of its proposed water demand forecasts.
Seqwater's regulatory proposal is due to the QCA on Wednesday 30 June 2021. It will be made available on the QCA website shortly after.
The closing date for receipt of consulting proposals is Thursday 15 July 2021. Proposals can be lodged at www.qca.org.au/submissions or sent to:
