Tender Description
Club Sapphire invites contractors to tender for the following trades:
· Electrical;
· Plumbing;
· Air Conditioning /Refrigeration;
· Pest Control;
· Painting;
· Window Cleaning.
The successful contractors must be available to commence 1 September 2021. The initial contract term will be for a period of 24 months.
Contractors wishing to express interest (EOI) for the provision of a service not listed above are encouraged to do so, nominating the particular service and hourly rate. All EOI's will be kept on a register of interested contractors.
A copy of the Supplier Agreement is available from Club reception during office hours.
Tenders close 5.00pm on Friday 30 July 2021.
