Tender Description
The purpose of this RFP is to invite interested and qualified Applicants to submit Proposals forthe right to provide the Services to IBC, as described in the overview of Services set out and on the terms and subject to the conditions set out in this RFP.
The Successful Applicant shall be required to provide the services listed below, such services to be delivered by the Successful Applicant always in accordance with any instructions issued by or on behalf of IBC from time to time.
Background
The ICC Women’s World Cup 2022 is scheduled to take place in New Zealand with matches proposed to take place at the following venues: Auckland, Christchurch, Dunedin, Hamilton, Tauranga and Wellington.
Proposals for Services
IBC are looking for proposals in relation to the Services for the ICC Women’s World Cup 2022, to be handled by crew on site:
Coverage requirements
One Tournament launch event
56 x pre-match media conferences for 28 1st round matches
56 x post-match media conferences after 28 1st round matches
4 x Captains’ pre-semi-final media conferences (2 venues)
4 x post- semi-final media conferences (2 venues)
4 x mixed zone activities after semi-finals (2 venues)
2 x captains’ pre-final media conferences (one venue)
2 x post-final media conferences (one venue)
2 x Mixed Zone activities after final (one venue)
1 x day after final captain’s/ photo-shoot
Applicants are advised that each media conference is likely to be approximately between 10 and 20 minutes in duration, with the exception of the post semi-final and final media conferences, which may extend beyond that period. Applicants should note that each post-Match media conference will comprise a media conference with each of the winning and losing teams. However, Applicants will be required to provide the Services for each media conference regardless of duration.
