Tender Description
Victoria State Emergency Service (VICSES) operates a fleet of assets comprising rescue trucks, operations and passenger vehicles, complex and simple trailers and boats located across Victoria.
VICSES is implementing a new asset management operating model involving a step increase in the size of the fleet under central maintenance management from approximately 400 assets to 1160 assets. As a result, VICSES is seeking information on particular aspects of asset management in order to determine the optimal asset management model for its expanded fleet.
VICSES is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gain a more detailed understanding of the supply markets for Service A, Managed Solution and Service B, Maintenance Management System, the possible solutions that may be available, and to investigate options for how these services may be applied to its expanded fleet.
