Picton Bowling Club, which commenced business in 1946, is situated in the historic township of Picton, which nestles in a picturesque valley in the Wollondilly Shire, approximately 80kms southwest of the Sydney CBD. Modern premises consisting of a large auditorium, which holds functions daily, dining/lounge areas, serviced by two functional kitchens fully equipped with modern equipment, walk-in cool room and freezer room, fridges, freezer and all other necessary cooking equipment.

We are inviting tenders to apply for the opportunity for the Club’s Bistro/restaurant business, which operates 7 days and nights per week. Contractor must have the necessary qualifications, experience, relative insurance and ability to provide the service of running our Bistro/restaurant for our Club’s members and guests.
