AbSec is supporting Aboriginal-led commissioning for better outcomes to ensure that services and the implementation of services are community-led.

Through Commissioning, we are partnering with funders to invest in community co-designed and customised service solutions and initiatives.

AbSec is seeking an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation (ACCO), or consortium, to trial the delivery of a new support model for Aboriginal children and young people on Guardianship Orders, and their guardians and carers, that was co-designed with guardians, community and Aboriginal practitioners. AbSec is committed to building a strong Aboriginal-controlled child, family and community services sector that is viable and delivers better outcomes for Aboriginal children and young people, their families, and communities.
