TEQSA, Australia’s independent higher education quality assurance agency and regulator, is in the process of upgrading our existing GovCMS/Drupal 7 website to GovCMS/Drupal 9. As a small agency, TEQSA is seeking a delivery partner specialising in website design and development to work on this project.

The project requires:
• UX testing, including with stakeholders
• IA recommendations
• Wireframes and design of new responsive templates that meet the WCAG 2.1 standard and comply with TEQSA's Brand Guidelines
• Development and testing of a new Drupal 9 website
• Mapping and migration of content from the existing Drupal 7 site to the new site
• Maintaining existing website functionality, in particular the National Register
• Testing and launch of the Drupal 9 website

TEQSA is seeking to engage an experienced Drupal partner who has the capability, capacity and experience to deliver this project before 24 November 2021, while representing good value to the agency. Key to this project’s success will be the maintenance of all existing website functionality while ensuring TEQSA has the ability to better embed images, video and social media on the redeveloped site.
