Contractors interested in being considered to tender on school projects at St Bernard's Primary School, Batehaven and Carroll College, Broulee, are invited to submit an Expression of Interest to Catholic Education, Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn.

Project Descriptions
Project 1: Broulee - Reconfigure and Refurbish existing Student Toilet Block.
Estimated contract value circa $400k.

Project 2: Batehaven - Refurbish existing toilet block and refurbish additional existing building including toilet block and canteen.

Estimated contract value circa $700k

Submissions will be assessed against the following criteria:
• Current capacity and experience of staff to undertake the works
• Extensive experience in working on school projects
• Recently completed projects and suitable references
• Demonstrated capacity to successfully complete projects of similar or greater value
