Snowy Hydro is considering subdivision of around 10 hectares of land zoned General Industrial that it owns at 9 Polo Flat Road, Cooma. This would create freehold lots suitable for people interested in purchasing industrial land. Expression of Interest (EOI) are sought from potential buyers.

Snowy Monaro Regional Council has been advised of Snowy Hydro's plans, but no approvals have been obtained as yet for the subdivision, the access or the provision of services.

Minimum lot sizes of 1,000sq/m to 2 hectares may be available. This land is surplus to Snowy Hydro requirements and its sale would allow funding to be used for other valuable activities.

Snowy Hydro owns land to the south of these proposed subdivided lots which will continue to be operated as an airfield and used for Snowy 2.0 segment factory.
