EOI for RFQ – Sustainability Planning Scheme Amendment – Background Research
A group of 28 Victorian councils are preparing the evidence base for a future planning scheme amendment to elevate the sustainability standards of development.
Expressions of Interest are required from suitably qualified consultants as per the selection criteria to prepare three key components of an evidence base, including:
Part A. Technical Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) and Development Feasibility
Part B. Planning Advice
Part C. Economic Benefit Cost Analysis
