Works Required: The project involves the maintenance and upgrade of an ex residential building at Independence park area in Port Vila. Works required is to maintain the existing building by transforming it into an office environment. The floor needs strengthening, the whole roof needs to be reinforced and a new structure is to be built for a conference centre.
