Miles State High School Year 12 cohort are currently seeking expressions of interest to:

Cater: including cooking and table service at their 2021 Year 12 Valedictory.

Location: Miles Leichhardt Centre

Date: Evening of 17 September 2021

Attendees: Approximately 130 (this may reduce and will be confirmed closer to the date)

Covid restrictions - These Covid guidelines are subject to change, successful supplier will be notified or changes.

• Enhanced cleaning of all surfaces (including prep surfaces for catering)
• Screening of their staff prior to work (symptom check)
• Supplying ample hand washing facilities for their staff (liquid soap and paper towel)
• Use and supply of alcohol-based hand sanitiser for patrons
• Collection of contact tracing information using the QLD Check-in app
• Completion of a WHS Management Plan for COVID - caterer needs to complete and provide a copy of along with their completed Checklist
• This plan should capture how they are going to do all of the things stipulated on the checklist.
• Supply a copy of completed COVID Safe Checklist for Restricted Businesses.
