Community Housing Ltd (CHL) is undertaking a broad approach to the market in order to seek submissions from organisations with the capacity and capability to provide internal audit services to supplement CHL’s in-house Internal Audit function

CHL is a not-for-profit organisation delivering affordable housing for low to moderate income people who are unable to secure long-term affordable housing. CHL originated in Australia in 1993 and has since spread its operations to Africa, India, South-East Asia and South America. Service providers will be required to undertake a small number of complex and less complex audit reviews on aspects of CHL’s operations throughout Australia.

This EOI is the first stage of a two-stage procurement process to select one or more suppliers to provide internal audit services. CHL will conduct an evaluation of the Submissions and expects to issue a Request for Tender (RFT) to the selected Respondents.

CHL is seeking an outcome from this EOI that will:

• identify potential suppliers capable of fulfilling the requirements over an initial three-year period for the financial years 2021-22 to 2023-24; and
• provide an estimate of the cost associated with the services.
