Overview
The Bayswater Station and Turnback Project (herein referred to as the “Project”) is a staged Redevelopment of the Bayswater Train Station.
The Project Works include all Design, Construction and Commissioning required to the Bayswater Station Project. The works undertaken by the Evolve Bayswater Alliance will primarily include:
• Design and delivery of a new fully operational and integrated
Station at Bayswater and Turnback Siding;
• Make amendments to the existing Rail Infrastructure;
• Demolish and remove the Existing Bayswater Station; and
• Develop and integrate the Station Precinct and Station
Surrounds.
General Scope of Works –DN300 Water main relocation
• Locate existing DN300 Water main and other services in the area
• Provide temporary connection
• Supply, Install and backfill DN300 water main (approx. 600M)
• Mobilisation and demobilisation
• Supply plant and personnel to complete the works
