Tender Description
Tenders are called for the rectifying of rain water leaks at Pambula Surf Life Saving Club.
The scope of works will involve lifting tiles off the rear decking, inspecting and flashing the detail of the cement sheet surface, reinstating flashings, water, and tank whole area, render and tile area and make good all external cladding and repair internal ceiling.
This also includes any othe rworks to necessary to repair the leaks in the roof and decking area and return the surf club to its current state.
The works comprise of the supply of all materials, plant, labour, site management and coordination of others as necessary for the complete and proper construction of the works.
As Pambula SLSC is acquiring a grant to assist with the cost of this renovation a quote is required.
A pretender inspection will be available upon request.
