Tender Description
The Office of the Clerk provides specialist advice on procedure and parliamentary law and secretariat services to the House of Representatives. Those functions include recording the proceedings of the House in Hansard and the Journal. Hansard is the published record of debates in the House and the Journal is a published summary of decisions and activities in the House. Hansard and the Journal are both published on the Parliament website and as printed bound volumes.
The Office of the Clerk wants to replace the systems that produce Hansard and the Journal. As such, the Office is looking for information on the tools, platforms, and capabilities that could support the production of Hansard and the Journal.
