Building Contractors interested in tendering on the renovations to the existing Aquatic Centre & New Allied Health Building for the Camp Hill Carina Welfare Association at 56 Zahel Street Carina QLD 4152, may register their interest via email.

The Contractors must provide details demonstrating the following by no later than 6th August 2021:
- The level of experience they have in the Aquatic & Allied Health Sectors.
- Show a connection with the local community or have worked with not-for-profit organizations in the past.
- The Contractors shall submit at least 4 references from clients of similar completed projects.
- The tenders will also need to satisfy the association on its financial capacity to complete the centre renovations for circa $10 million dollars.
