ReturnToWorkSA (RTWSA) is seeking to identify and appoint a suitable ServiceNow authorised partner to provide professional support services for ServiceNow which is considered a key (Gold) application used across the organisation.
Gold systems are considered mission critical. A failure of these systems in normal business hours may result in significant loss of staff productivity, financial loss and/or damage to the organisation’s reputation. Technology Systems and Service (TSS) have committed to 24 x 7 and 99% availability for all Gold system applications.
RTWSA’s licenses for the use of ServiceNow were renewed in April 2021 for a further three (3) year period.
Given the importance of ServiceNow to enabling critical business functions across the organisation (including RTWSA’s Service Desk), TSS is focused on establishing arrangements with a partner who has the specialist skills, knowledge and experience necessary to work with TSS to support the application and contribute to improving processes and services.
